There is no such thing as a cheap t-shirt.

15%_NYC_1
15% is part of the Fashion Interactions exhibition in New York City in 2013.

The exhibition is commissioned by the Finnish Cultural Institute in New York and Parsons The New School for Design with the Sheila C. Johnson Design Center, and curated by Hazel Clark and Annamari Vänskä. The exhibition is on display in the Arnold and Sheila Aronson Galleries during November 11 – December 11, 2013.

The artist performing in 15% in NYC is Janelle Abbott. The performance lasts 30 days, continuing from where the Helsinki version ended: from day 71, shirt #207 onwards. Unlike Helsinki, in New York the t-shirts are not sold for money.
